Private residence Hascombe, Surrey

This large-scale project involved extensive earth works, but the design itself called for sensitive design using authentic building materials.
The water rill structure and lower circular pool were formed out of waterproof concrete. The finished internal wall and floor surfaces were black to create a reflective water surface once filled.
Our team worked with old reclaimed York stone paving and brick paviers.
We incorporated Bargate dry stone walling and a traditional clay creasing tile detail to achieve a clean, refreshing effect which blended perfectly with the natural surroundings.
